1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PhraseAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app.

2. Description of Service

PhraseAI is an AI-powered phrase generator that allows you to create, save, and share inspirational phrases and quotes. The service includes:

  • AI-generated phrase creation
  • Community sharing via the Discover Feed
  • VisualShare templates for image creation
  • Premium subscription features

3. User Accounts

You may use PhraseAI without creating an account. However, some features (like publishing to the community) may require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Free and Premium Tiers

Free Tier

  • 5 phrase generations per day
  • 18 basic tones
  • 5 basic backgrounds
  • Full access to Discover Feed
  • Unlimited publishing to community

Premium Subscription

  • Unlimited phrase generations
  • 24 tones (including 6 exclusive)
  • 15 backgrounds (including 10 exclusive)
  • Customizable notifications
  • Cross-device sync

5. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods

6. User Content

When you publish phrases to the Discover Feed:

  • You retain ownership of your content
  • You grant us a license to display your content within the app
  • You are responsible for content you publish
  • You may delete your content at any time

7. Community Guidelines

When using the Discover Feed, you agree not to publish:

  • Hateful, discriminatory, or offensive content
  • Spam or repetitive content
  • Content that infringes on others' rights
  • Illegal content or content promoting illegal activities
  • Sexually explicit content

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders.

8. AI-Generated Content

Phrases generated by AI are provided for entertainment and inspiration. We do not guarantee:

  • The accuracy or appropriateness of generated content
  • That content is unique or original
  • That content is suitable for any particular purpose

You are responsible for reviewing and using generated content appropriately.

9. Intellectual Property

PhraseAI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Wilder Lopez and are protected by intellectual property laws. The AI-generated phrases you create are yours to use as you see fit.

10. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • The app will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • AI generation will always be available
  • Your data will never be lost

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the app at any time.
